This unfiltered red wine from Italy is produced in limited quantities from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes, carefully selected from only the top and sides of the bunch. They are left to dry on trays for 5 months before vinification, all in accordance with traditional methods in the Valpolicella Classico zone. "Intense eucalyptus at first, but it rolls away to reveal pleasant dried fruit, cardamom and light oaky character. Medium- to full-bodied, with well-integrated tannins and a slightly tangy finish.
