Mouton Cote-Rotie is a tiny estate of only 1 hectare, producing roughly 400 cases per year of Cote Rotie. This is a highly-sought after estate and the wines are rarely found in the US. Aromas of violets, smoke, minerals and dark berry fruits carry on to the palate. The 2005 is a world-class vintage that is ready to drink now, but will also reward cellaring as long as patience will allow.
