Quinta Vale D. Maria is a single vineyard which has been in family hands for well over a century. The vineyards are situated in the Rio Torto Valley with a south facing position in the heart of the Douro Region. The Douro Valley produces some excellent red wines, taking advantage of the ideal location and quality of its vineyards. Quinta Vale D. Maria Douro Red is an elgant, deep colored, full bodied wine, full of ripe, soft tannins, combining a long, fruity finish with a predominace of mature red fruits. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, it may throw a deposit with bottle age. Please serve carefully. |
