This white wine is 25% Chardonnay, 25% Viognier, 25% Petit Manseng and 25% Chenin Blanc. It is complex, creamy, brimming with kiwi fruit, melon, peach and white pepper character. In 1971, the Guibert family discovered an historical farm, Mas Daumas Gassac, with a terroir of unexplained red glacial soil contributing to its reputation as the Grand Cru of the Languedoc. With 52 estate vineyard plots, naturally farmed, hand harvested each surrounded by the Mediterranean forest, nature's balance has been totally preserved in this magical valley.
