This Cabernet Sauvignon has been crafted from reserved blocks of Round Pond's finest estate fruit. Benefiting from sustainable farming practices, a meticulous focus on vine balance, and a gentle hand during winemaking, the Round Pond Cabernet Sauvignon combines the grandeur and complexity for which the Rutherford region is famous, with a soft, voluptuous roundness. Aged for two years in French oak, and additionally aged for one year in bottle, the velvety Cabernet Sauvignon offers supple tannins, exceptional balance, sweet oak notes and rich food friendly layers of wild raspberry, plum and anise.
