Roger Perrin Cotes du Rhone Cuvee Prestige 2006

This red wine comes from 80 year old vines surrounding the village of Chateauneuf-du-Pape in the southern part of France's Rhone region. It is made with predominantly Grenache but also has little known varietals Vacarese and Counnoise in the blend. This versatile red works with a myriad of dishes, from hamburgers to spaghetti and meatballs.
