Domaine Pinson Chablis AOC 2006

Chablis is the region of France that produces the most bare-bones version of Chardonnay, little influenced by oak and dominated by its terroir, rich in limestone and marine sediment. This wine has taut acidity, clean, pure flavors and medium-body. Great as an aperitif or with cicken or fish in a light cream sauce.
