Wine Enthusiast "Best Buy"
Winery notes: Considered the cradle of Chilean viticulture, the historical Maule Valley still houses small
producers considered the last guardians of the country’s traditions. Our Pinot Noir comes
from the Colbún area, along the Andes Range boarding the Colbún Lake, a moderator of
temperatures. Here, the main features are its long ripening season, cold temperatures
and dry summer. These extremes require more patience and skill than other regions, but
can yield results such as this Pinot Noir with fresh, natural acidity and a distinct aroma.
This wine has hues of garnet with
aromas of strawberries, red currants and notes of licorice.
On the palate, it is medium bodied and has a balanced structure of smooth acidity and light tannins.
