Robert Parker's Wine Advocate 91 points:
The NV Brut Rose is fabulous. A sweet, open bouquet leads to expressive fruit in this rich, textured wine. The Deutz Rose is a serious wine that can be enjoyed as an aperitif, but it also has more than enough power in reserve to drink well at the dinner table. Floral notes reappear to round out the finish. The blend is 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay.
Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar 91 points:
Bright pink. Fresh red berries and flowers on the nose, with deeper notes of cherry and anise gaining strength with air. Juicy and palate-coating, with very good depth and vivacity to its raspberry and cherry flavors. A late note of blood orange adds bite and cut to the long, gently chewy finish.
Wine Spectator 91 points:
This graceful rosé shows black raspberry, apricot and orange zest notes, with a refined texture and a thread of spicy mineral that lingers on the creamy finish.
Wine & Spirits:
The strawberry leaf and red fruit aromas are as gentle as the honeyed dosage of this Champagne. Its pale copper rose color matches the wine’s smoky tension, needing a year in the bottle to relax.
Ripe, full raspberry and red cherry flavors on a delicate pink-colored wine. Crisp and dry, this shows an intense and lively acidity along with lime juice intensity. An apéritif style, very fresh.
