Bellefon Brut Rose Champagne NV

This is a delicate, soft rosé with orange and salmon highlights in the hue. The nose is intense and clean with notes of slightly candied small red fruit, including wild strawberry and suggestions of almond and red currant jelly. The mouthfeel is fleshy, fresh and tender; definitely a very balanced Champagne with a nice, silky texture. The finish is subtley lively with persistent length.
