Winery Notes: From the nebbiolo vines that grow in the vineyards situated around the villages of Barolo and La Morra. The grapes were selected and hand-picked in mid-October. The grapes underwent a prolonged fermentation of about 20 days in stainless steel tanks. The wine was aged in large Slavonian oak casks for about 3 years, and is suitable for prolonged ageing in bottle. It is a harmonious wine, full and dry on the palate.
