Villa Claudia Chianti Riserva 2003

A rich and powerful Chianti Riserva from the Rufina area in Italy's Toscana region. Made from Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes, this deep garnet red colored wine is aged 18 months in oak. The wine shows a unique spectrum of flavors starting with the ripe dark berry fruit, medium body, hints of spice and equally balanced finish. Great with all meals, from simple pastas to roasted meats.
