Clos Saron Tickled Pink Rose Sierra Foothills 2007

Winemaker's Notes: A dry rose made of 100% Syrah. Light in body, alcohol, and color, lively, refreshing, spicy, and richly fruity. Bone dry and immensely satisfying with summer foods. The 2007 is a lovely light pink color. Aromatic nose of flowers, fruits, and gentle spice; clean and intese. On the palate, the wine is dry and light bodied yet rich in flavors, echoing the nose elegantly. Raspberry and herbal spices, citrus flowers. Good length. Clos Saron is an organic and biodynamic winery.
