Domaine Le Galantin has been built up over 30 years by Achille and Lilianne Pascal, following the strictest wine-growing traditions. In a beautiful site near the sea, the wines are cultivated in terrace vineyards on the arid, sun drenched hillsides around le Plan-du-Castellet. This popular rose is known for its slightly spicy flavor and fullness. Gorgeous bright salmon color with summer fruits and spice on the nose, crisp and dry with lots of fruit on the palate and an underlying softness. An elegant, charming wine that goes well with marinated grilled fish or salads and is terrific with all spicy or exotic dishes. |
