Over a century ago, the house of Lenoble was named by its founder Armand-Raphael Graser, in homage to the noblest of beverages, Champagne. With respect to that, their only goal is to produce Champagnes of rare elegance that are consistently irreproachable in quality. They achieve this by cultivating their own vineyards located in the Cote des Blancs and Valley of the Marne, and by handpicking the grapes, crushing in wooden presses and attending meticulously to the delicate champagnisation process. "The Champage for every occasion" is how Lenoble describes this wine. Straw in color with fine bubbles and light sparkling foam with a fruity, open nose that follows fresh, light and lively on the palate. This Champagne is well balanced, generous and well structured and is equally suitable as an aperitif, an accompaniment to white meat or grilled fish, or with a moderately sweet dessert. |
