The Chateau du Rouet is situated at the foot of the red rock mountains, which are part of the Esterel mountain range, near the Roman town of Frejus in the Provence region of Southern France. On this Mediterranean soil, the combination of tradition and modern techniques give character and aroma to the Cuvee Esterelle. The Cuvee Esterelle Rose is 50% Carignan, 20% Grenache, 20% Cinsault and 10% Tibourenc. It is a very light rose with a rich aroma of pastries and red fruits on the nose. Fruity and elegant on the palate with flavours of fresh berries. |
