Yarden Mount Hermon White Galilee (out of stock)

This white wine from the Northern Golan vineyard is composed of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and a bit of Semillon. It balances tropical, melon and citrus fruits with light herb notes. It is medium-bodied with a fresh finish. This wine compliments a wide variety of foods, everything from Caesar salad to garlicky gazpacho or a rich cheese fondue.
